Presenter’s Corner
Thank you for agreeing to present at the Summer Accessibility Institute or other training events that are hosted by the School Accessibility Services Team. We have provided the following presenter guidance pages to help your session run smoothly and be inclusive of all audiences. Please let us know if you have any questions after reviewing these pages.
Facilitator Support
We will be providing a facilitator for all webinars. The facilitator will be responsible for the following:
- Performing Tech-Setup (15 minutes prior to start)
- Starting the webinar
- Keeping track and ensuring that the session stays within my allotted time
- Making announcements and provide session materials in the chat
- Moderating the Q&A and Chat to ensure all questions are answered and the discussion stays on track
- Ending the webinar
