Audio description is not provided for all prerecorded video content in synchronized media.

Provide audio description for content which is not described by it's audio track.

• Audio description can either be an audio track enabled in a media player that supports the feature, or as an alternative version entirely.
• Include details such as scene changes, action, and any other visual information that is not conveyed via a speech or dialog.
